Lets start this thing!

Well, here it is. Matt's blog. I'll do my best to use it as a way to keep up with everyone while I'm overseas. I'll be posting about work, family, and Singapore in general. Don't expect to see something new here every day, but I'll do my best to keep up with it.

As far as what's going on today...

I got my office packed yesterday. Someone came in to visit and told me that I looked like I was sitting in a prison cell. My office is pretty bare. The boxes are on their way to my new office in Singapore. They weighed a ton. DHL must love me.

Today's plan at work is to finish off the last job on my to do list and then start tying up loose ends. From there it's back home to get psyched up for the garage sale this weekend. Melissa has been busting her butt getting ready for it. I hope we sell everything. The less junk we need to pack the better.

To close this post, I'll tell you about the presents I got from my team. First, was a baseball signed by one of the groups that work for me. It's pretty cool. Just the kind of thing you'd like to leave out on your desk. The other is a great framed collection of Red Sox magazines and baseball cards. I took the picture with my phone, but you get the idea.

That's all for now. I fly one week from today. Looks like this Singapore thing might actually happen.
